These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases and use of digital products, services, and subscription access offered on this website by Elliot Li ("I", "me", or "my"). By purchasing or using my products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and License Scope
I provide digital website templates and related implementation services. Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the purchaser's permitted use.
Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or sharing of source files outside your organization is not permitted without written approval.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before purchase. Payment processing is handled by my payment provider. You authorize charges for selected products, taxes, and applicable recurring fees.
4. Subscriptions and Cancellation
If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically for the stated billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date. You can request cancellation by contacting contact@elliotli.dev. Access continues through the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
5. Refund Policy
Because templates are delivered digitally, purchases are generally final once files or access are delivered. If you were charged in error, received duplicate charges, or did not receive the purchased access, contact me at contact@elliotli.dev within 14 days and I will review and resolve the issue.
6. Support and Service Scope
Included support covers access and basic setup questions for purchased products. Custom implementation, strategy, migration, or consulting work is provided only when explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use my products for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, malware, or abuse of third-party systems. I may suspend access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content, templates, and related materials remain my intellectual property or that of my licensors, except for rights explicitly granted under your purchased license.
9. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limit
Products are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of my products or services.
10. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
